Alia is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse located in the heart of Agios Prokopios, approximately 20 metres from the sandy beach, offering immediate access to one of Naxos’ most organised and popular seaside areas. Combining generous interior space with a central beach location, it allows guests to move effortlessly between beach, apartment, and daily amenities throughout the day.
Positioned on the first floor and occupying the entire top level of the building, Alia is the only apartment on the floor, providing an added sense of privacy while remaining steps away from restaurants, cafés, shops, and services. Its two-bedroom layout, combined with the central location, makes it especially suitable for families, couples, or small groups who want to stay within walking distance of the beach and everyday conveniences without relying on transport during their stay.
Alia forms part of Enosis Apartments, a small collection of privately managed properties designed to offer organised, comfortable stays in carefully selected locations on Naxos.

The property was good, nice and spacious. Not completely 2 bedrooms just a really large loungeroom with a divider. 2 bathrooms were great. We couldnt get got water at night time but that was only really an issue once.
I found the bed in the main bedroom uncomfortable as it had some sort of extra pillow top which doesnt quite fit and you found yourself sinking into the middle during the night.
Main balcony was great with plenty of room as was the one of the main bedroom.
Communication was always great and sometimes took more than a day to respond.
No smart tvs which wasnt great for the kids at night after a long day exploring and they just wanted to unwind. (Greek tv only im afraid)
