Beautiful and modern villa with private swimming pool, garden, and stunning mountain views, perfect for enjoying an unforgettable holiday in southern Spain.
The villa combines modern design, spacious interiors, and comfort, offering bright living spaces thanks to its large glass windows overlooking the pool and garden. The outdoor area is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring a fantastic barbecue area and outdoor dining table, ideal for meals and evenings by the pool.
Inside, you will find a cozy living and dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, and elegant decoration that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The house also offers heating and Air conditioning throughout the property, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.
The villa features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom includes bunk beds and a double sofa bed, making it ideal for families or groups. On the upper floor, there is also a lovely sitting area with incredible mountain views, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and an additional family bathroom.
Private parking is available inside the property under a covered pergola.
Located in a very quiet area with excellent access to the motorway, the villa is perfectly situated to explore some of Andalusia’s most beautiful destinations: the Tropical Coast is only 30 minutes away, Granada city 30 minutes, and Sierra Nevada ski resort approximately 50 minutes away.

The swimming pool is available during the summer season (please ask for opening and closing dates).
Firewood is provided in winter and is not included in the rental price.
If the key is accidentally left inside the property during your stay and it is necessary for someone to come and provide access, a fee of up to €50 may be charged for the service. If, as a result of this situation, it is necessary to call a locksmith, the full cost of the intervention must be paid by the guest, in accordance with the invoice issued by the professional.
