Noise: this home is on the corner of Silver & Richmond so you may hear some traffic noise. In addition, it connects to the main house where the owners live. Ear plugs and sound machines provided
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: free parking under carport in the front. Free street parking on a first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.
Stove/Oven: there is an electric 4 burner stove top and a large Toaster Oven

Location, unit, and service was excellent! Walkable distance to a lot of good restaurants, place was clean and spacious for a single person, and comm for assistance was quick.

Conveniently located space in Nob hill, that had all the amenities needed to make the stay excellent

Kitchen had everything we needed. The beauty of this gem is also location. Just a few blocks away from shops and restaurants. Walking distance to University and great neighborhoods. Our host was wonderfully welcoming and available. Highly recommend this charming guest house.
