Your home away from home in the small beach town of Indian Rocks Beach. You will not want to leave this amazing property with a very coastal homey feel! Coastal chic on the inside and Laid back beach fun on the outside! Amazing location, 1 block to one of the best beaches in a Florida with spectacular sunsets. Lots of restaurants walking distance including French Bakery, Sandy's and 18 on the Rocks.

You will love our Margaritaville outdoor area with Tiki Bar and seating area! Relax and enjoy a drink after the beach. Great area to hang out with your friends and family!
Walk in and you will feel right at home! Our coral reef theme gives this beach house a coastal chic ambiance. Everything is new with beautiful beachy furniture. You will love the oversized sectional to relax after the beach.
Two bedrooms, each with King beds and two bathrooms with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a total of 6 people occupancy. (Could accommodate an additional child.) Large walk in closet in master bedroom and dresser.
Newly renovated with all new furniture and all the comforts from home. Free WiFi and cable tv with DVR and Smart TV to connect to Netflix and Hulu. We have included a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys for the kids. Very clean! Park your car right in front of the unit. No stairs or long walk with luggage or groceries.
We live right here on Indian Rocks Beach! We are available for anything you may need but will always respect your time and your vacation! The property is for you and your family to enjoy!

You will fall in love with Indian Rocks Beach!! IRB is a small town with lots of personality right in between Clearwater Beach and Saint Pete Beach. Laid back beach town with lots of restaurant options and no over crowds. Beautiful white sand beach and spectacular sunsets! Great location to explore all of our coast or just to chill and enjoy the beach.
You can take the Jolly Trolley and for $2.50 go to and from Clearwater Beach and Saint Pete Beach. There is Uber and driving in the area is very easy as Gulf Blvd. is the main road one lane each way that takes you all over the Pinellas County Coast!
As per the City of Indian Rocks Beach Guidelines and Regulations by booking this property guests agree to abide by city of Indian Rocks Beach regulations regarding occupancy levels, trash, litter, noise, parking and sea turtles. They also agree to follow county & state evacuation mandates in the event of a hurricane.
Big group? Check out Coral Sands I right next door. Property number 1498430. 2bed / 2 bath. Sleeps 6. Both properties sleep 12 guests, perfect for families traveling together but that want their own space.

Location is perfect. Our favorite French bakery for your breakfast or lunch is 2 walking minutes away from the house. The beds are Super comfortable. The most comfortable we have ever had in a rental property. THANK you for that! Next trip we will stay here again :-)

Property was excellent for breach access which was top priority for our family. Easy walk to many food options. Outdoor patio a great area. Quiet neighborhood. Will be back next year.

Hi Nicole,Thank you for hosting us. I wanted to reach out and share some feedback about our stay. While we were really looking forward to enjoying the property, we unfortunately ran into a few issues that impacted our overall experience:There was no Wi-Fi availableduring our stay,•.The freezer door handle was broken and almost impossible to openThe fridge didn't have any wateror ice,• We noticed ants in the bathroom,• And the master bathroom door didn't lock properly.We understand that sometimes things happen, but these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. Given this, we're hoping you'd consider a partial refund to reflect the inconveniences we experienced.We'd appreciate your understanding and are happy to provide more detail if needed. I tried to message but no response
