We stayed at the location because it was right next door to the wedding venue. It worked out so great for the groomsmen to all get dressed there. Was within walking distance from the venue…. So they didn’t have to drive anywhere after the reception.

We traveled in from Michigan for a family get together. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and backyard. Everything was clean and nicely set up for our group. House was in a great location with easy access to all areas we needed. If you’re in town when the Des Moines Farmers market is going on check it out. It was huge with numerous vendors and food trucks.

We rented Willow on Grand for our daughter’s wedding. The venue has a place for the bride and girls to get ready but not the men so we rented the house for the men to have a place to get ready and hangout. It served our purpose perfectly!

Overall we were mostly happy with our stay, we did have some smaller issues and needed some detailed cleaning. The garage was not an automatic open (not a big deal) but when we tried lifting the door to park our vehicle in it, the door would only open half way. In fear we wouldn’t be able to get it open without causing damage we choose not to utilize the offered amenity. The hot tub was also full of debris and that was the biggest selling point for our group, as well as a group of kids running around the backyard hiding and taunting us while using the fire pit at night. Those issues aside, the house is beautiful, spacious, and up to date!
