Welcome to the Arizona Desert! Villas East was built in 1965 as an adult community far ahead of its time. Comfortable master bedroom with queen bed; second bedroom has a full size sofa/futon sleeper. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and breakfast bar. Newer roomy Jack and Jill bathroom has low-threshold shower. Wheelchair accessible. Basic wireless internet included. Property is smoke-free inside and out. West facing roofed patio has comfortable seating, shade and dining. New window make this casita quiet and energy-efficient. Amenities include Green Valley Recreation Privileges (Tenant fees apply). 30 day minimum stay. No extra cleaning fee (included in rent). Pet fee of 50.00.
Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking back of unit. Laundry facilities in complex a 2 minute walk from casita. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Updates to this historic villa I stayed in was appreciated. Enjoyed my time at the center town of Green Valley. Easy walkable to various locations. Using the two pools at the villas was great. I would recommend staying here.

Sylvia's casita is absolutely perfect as a safe transition home for one person. Everything I needed was provided. Sylvia was ridiculously responsive and helpful. The home was clean and offered a perfect venue to watch the summer monsoons of Southern Arizona roll through! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this affordable space!!!!

Very nice property! The Property Manager was very nice and very receptive to your needs!
The bed in the master and the love seat in the living room needs to be firmed up.
The unit was equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable.
However it would be nice if there were laundry facilities in the unit.
The check in process could be improved. Finding your parking pass location and where to park your car was challenging.

Pros: Nice location. Very walkable. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent kitchen and bath. Very nice TV which we used to enjoy Winter Olympics. Nice parking. Cons: unit was filthy with dust, dirt and pet hair (host reimbursed us half the cleaning fee). But it’s tough to have to clean for 2 hours before you can move in. Seating is very uncomfortable and unsupportive. Queen bed only sleeps 1 person bc one side is lumpy and tilts you out of bed. We were unaware when booking that the neighbor owns the internet account and that the account is data limited. She knew too much about our data use for our comfort, and access to the internet was unavailable between midnight and 6 am. Tough if you have a 5 am Zoom meeting.
