This enchanting summer house is more than just a residence - it's a retreat where memories are made and moments are shared. With its impressive 125 square meters, there's ample space to spread out and feel at home while still enjoying the special feeling of being away from the daily hustle and bustle.

The large, airy kitchen-dining area is the heart of the house, a place where family and friends naturally gather to cook together, dine, and share stories of the day. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the open layout allows for free movement around the space.

As the evening falls and the temperature drops a bit, there's nothing cozier than lighting up the fireplace and watching the flames dance hypnotically while relaxing with a good book or simply enjoying the company of loved ones. The large terrace stretching out from the house is the perfect spot to enjoy the long summer evenings, perhaps with a glass of cool drink in hand and the sound of waves in the distance.

Outside awaits a large garden, inviting to play and outdoor activities. Children can frolic freely while adults stroll around and enjoy the beauty of nature. And if the sun gets too intense, there's always the option to retreat to the shade of the trees and take a well-deserved break.

With its ideal location just 1 kilometer from the beach and local shops, this summer house combines the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. And with the outdoorsauna as an extra touch, there are even more opportunities for relaxation and well-being.

Whether you're a large family seeking a retreat to reunite and create memories together, or two families wanting to share experiences, this summer house is the perfect choice. However, to maintain the peaceful atmosphere for which this place is known, we do not allow young groups for festivals or parties.

Welcome to your home away from home, where comfort, beauty, and tranquility go hand in hand to create the perfect holiday experience.
