A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
The property was completely renovated in January 2023 based on a design by an architect who oversaw the project. The spaces are modern yet very cozy and comfortable. All the furnishings were custom-made by local artisans, with a focus on the highest quality materials and details.
Overlooking the sea, the apartment is perfect for both weekly (or weekend) vacations and for trade shows, events, or conferences.
Strategically located, the property offers easy access to every part of the city in a short amount of time.
The neighborhood offers all the amenities you need: bike rentals, restaurants, bars, pubs, an arcade, a grocery store, and more are all nearby.
It is only 1.5 km from the Infermi Hospital in Rimini, making it a very convenient option for relatives of patients or for healthcare staff.

The apartment was wonderful! Very clean and modern. Great AC which was amazing because Rimini was quite hot the week we were there. Perfect location to access beach, shops, and restaurants!

The apartment is as advertised and then some.
Everything looks brand new, well appointed and decorated nicely.
The apartment is a block off one of the nicest beaches you will visit. The view from the balcony is great and a nice place to relax after a day out.
Be sure to take a taxi to The Arch, visit the central market, and explore the history of Rimini.
We highly recommend staying in Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. You won’t be disappointed.
Thank you Alessandro!!
