The price was reasonable. The owners should consider a few maintenance and improvements. The kitchen window was dirty from some splatter from an earlier guest. You get what you pay for I guess.

Very spacious, good size. A few minor repairs, some screens, doors didn’t lock, back step need repairs, bindies all through backyard grass, exposed light wire in a bed room, deck hand rails falling apart, holes in floor Lino, broken shade blinds through rooms. Clothes line needs new line wire and new pegs, fold out clothes rack - need a new one.
