When you first enter our home, you'll be in the open concept living, dining and kitchen space. Here, you'll find 2 couches, a large Smart TV and a real wood fireplace. Nearby sits our four-top dining table and additional bar seating. When you're not enjoying Fayetteville's local food scene, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create your favorite homemade meals or baked goods.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our three bedrooms:
(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, closet, Smart TV and en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, closet and nearby bath.
Out back, the yard is fully fenced and features a fire pit and chairs - the perfect way to end the night!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The kitche is very well equipped. I appreciated that there were dishwasher and laundry tabs.Had to call the property manager and they were very responsive and my issue was solved in 5 minutes!

Perfect for our little family trip to Fayetteville. Easy check in, check out and house wa perfect!

Upon arrival, unfortunately the previous guests had pushed the couch up to the wall covering the AC return vent so the unit froze up. It took until the next morning before I could turn it on. Thankfully the weather was not extremely hot. The trash receptacle outside on the driveway was over flowing with items laying in the ground around it. Fortunately, that was picked up the next day. Just not a very attractive sight upon arrival. We supplied our own wood to have an outdoor fire and everything else was fine. Master tv is missing it’s remote and fan controller.

Good location for visiting Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas. Nice fenced backyard area that was dog friendly.
