Beautiful house in a nice location near the river. Kitchen was well equipped with a nice coffee bar. A couple of items to mention that may help future renters are that the house is really only a three bedroom. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one queen bed each. A loft upstairs has a twin bed. The master is upstairs also and has a very comfy king bed. There is an attached en-suite bathroom that leads into a type of bonus room with another twin bed and a fold up type twin bed. Since you need to go through the master bedroom and bathroom to reach this room, it may not meet the needs of all families. However, it works very well for families with children so they can be nearby but have their own space. The road outside the home is a little busy but calms down in the evenings. Overall, a lovely home that was clean and comfortable in beautiful treed location. A great place for a larger group! Also only about 15 minutes away from the ocean and there’s a beautiful swimming hole a couple blocks down the road under the bridge.

Very close to the redwoods with a lot of nice hiking trails. House is nice with plenty of room for our family. We were able to swim on the smith river which was beautiful.

This is a 3 bedroom property. There is an open loft with a cot and a bonus room with a cot. The bonus room is through the primary bedroom, then bathroom. One of the queen beds needs a new mattress as it has a deep depression in the center which made sleeping difficult. The king mattress in the primary bedroom and other queen bed were comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable but would be better with another adult seat. Kitchen cabinets were thoughtfully labeled and basic kitchen staples provided. The windows really need some blinds or curtains as we found ourselves looking for hats to shade our eyes from the afternoon sun. They also need a professional cleaning and the spider webs cleaned off. The loft needs curtains or blinds for light control and privacy from the street. Bathrooms were clean with lots of towels and extra blankets. The location is spectacular. We had a great time exploring the redwoods. Great parking for our 2 cars and big truck.
