The Space:
Welcome to Your Ideal Indianapolis Retreat!
This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is just 1 mile from downtown and offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and entertainment.
As you arrive, you’re greeted by a cheerful yellow and grey exterior and a cozy front porch. Step inside to a spacious living room with a comfy couch and a recliner—perfect for relaxing after a day out.
To the left, you’ll find the master suite featuring two queen beds and a private full bathroom. Continue through to the open-concept kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for home-cooked meals and coffee from the Keurig. Just beyond is the laundry area with a washer, two dryers, and a convenient half bath.
Upstairs, step onto the private balcony with views of downtown Indy. You’ll also find:
A king bedroom
A full shared bathroom
A queen bedroom
A spacious bunk room with two bunk beds (four queen beds total)—ideal for groups
Head out back to enjoy a paved patio and a private driveway with space for 2+ vehicles. The detached garage has been transformed into an awesome game room, complete with a ping pong table, darts, boxing bag, and Nintendo Switch.
Whether you're catching a Colts game, exploring downtown, or planning a relaxing group retreat, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Indy!

The Neighborhood:
Our House is right by downtown a quick walk or uber to anywhere you need to go. It is in the popular Bates Hendricks Neighborhood (as seen on the HGTV show Good Bones). It is next to Fountain Square and Downtown, which are two of the most popular Indy areas.
Getting Around:
~1 mile from the downtown. Use uber, walk, bike or public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
- Note driveway is a tight squeeze and may not accommodate large vehicles.
- In that case I would recommend street parking out front. There is usually additional parking on side streets or on Parkway Ave (1 street north). Parkway Avenue allows parking on both sides.
- Please note there are 3 Blink cameras on the EXTERIOR of the house that are monitored by the Hosts and owners. These cameras record when they detect motion. One camera is located at the front door. One camera is located at the back door. One camera is located above the balcony.

The property was exactly as described. We were comfortable and slept soundly. Used parking provided and found spots on the street. Communication was fast and easy. Thank you!

The home was cute matching the neighborhood. It was easy to find. We parked our larger vehicle on the street. There was usually a space right in front of the house. Our smaller vehicle easily was parked in the driveway in the back. The home had plenty of extras such as bedding, toilet paper, detergent and coffee to name a few. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and various cooking items. The listing was somewhat accurate in the number of beds and furniture. However, the couch and chair in the living room were very uncomfortable and not sturdy. The upstairs shower head barely sprayed water. There were missing finishing pieces on the island and trim work around the house. Two handles on the fridge and freezer were broken. One of the queen beds was broken. The most alarming missing item was a hand rail for the staircase. Communication with the host was speedy and they sent someone to put in a new handrail, fix the bed and look at the shower head. The maintenance person did call prior to coming as well. The house just seemed like it had some rough guests and amateur remodeling people. I will give it to the hosts - they are trying! But it just missed the mark.
