This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.

Our host was simply amazing from check in to check out and even during our stay our host was always available! The property was extremely clean and beautiful as the pictures did no justice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely stay with them again
