The proper was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a super convenient location to activities our family wanted to do as well as grocery shopping etc. Small children and a toddler were part of our group, and even though a porta crib and high chair were not listed as amenities, when asked the host made sure they were available. The host responded quickly to the questions we had. The only thing I would note was that since it was a family gathering all coming from out of town we had 4 full size vehicles which was a tight fit in the driveway. Other than that it was perfect.

The space was perfectly adequate for our group of nine. However, with us convening from across the midwest, there was not enough off-street parking. Very nicely equipped kitchen. We were able to do much of our own cooking and found virtually everything we needed. Clean overall but my mother found a lot of dirt and a half-empty beer can under her bed. One of our group has chemical sensitivities and was unable to use the towels or sleep in the beds. She had to sleep on a couch. Admittedly this is not everyone's problem but PLEASE, for everyone's sake, do not use "scented" products like laundry detergent, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. All these products are available WITHOUT the added chemical "scents" and are really better for everyone in the end.
