Kitchen was good , hot tub didn't look to appealing. Also outside windows and doors need power washing. Including patio door. They need vacuumed from dirt and debris. Neighborhood was good. There are ants in the home some spraying need to be done. Also no laundry detergent after one load. So a small bottle was purchased to get a load started before leaving.
