This property is beautiful, we loved sitting at the water around the fire all morning. When the sun comes up right across the water above the trees it is amazing. The train that goes across the water to the right isn’t too loud. The cottage was clean and cozy the only downside was that I couldn’t figure out how to work the fireplace.

Lovely location, waterfront property with private jetty. Enjoyed being close to everything in Parry Sound for a relaxing getaway with friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The weather was perfect for swimming off the dock into the refreshing water. Sitting on the deck sipping our coffee in the mornings watching nature do its thing , birds , geese and a deer was delightful . A big thank you to the host who is very attentive in an assuringly kind manner which made our stay a relaxing one. I would consider renting this cottage / home again as the location and amenities are great.Jo

This cottage has a great location. You have cleared backyard (trees but not too many, so lots of sunshine in the house and few bugs). It is on a river that is wide, so a great dock, clean water (that is deep of the dock) and warmer than most lakes this time of year. There are not motorized boats on the river/lake, which is amazing, so no worry of kids swimming of the dock. Things to know about the cottage, so you come prepared: Bring BeachTowels Bring all water toys (kayak, floaties, etc and life jackets) none provided. Bring a tank of propane (there is a BBQ but no propane) Bring wood (there is a fire pit but no wood to use) Bring Kitchen supplies (mixing bowels, measuring cups, ice trays, kitchen towel, Larger coffee pot (only 5 cup pot provided) Bring bath towels, some provided. Overall, this is a solid property and great for a family of 3 to 4.
