View was terrific! Saw Manatee from the unit. Some of the floors a bit dirty.

Nice Condo overall.
We would stay there again.
Our kids loved the twin beds.
A couple things to know about the place.
The A/C to the bedroom is not as strong as to the other bedroom. Not a big issue but see next.
Great to have laundry. The dryer takes a very longtime to dry. Also makes the main bedroom really hot. Don’t run at night unless you like a hot room.
The pool is not very warm for the winter.
Most places on Sanibel have warmer pools.
We asked the pool guy a couple of times and he put the temperature up a couple of degrees. Big difference having a little warmth.
Our kids love to swim and this is a big reason we go to Sanibel during winter break every year.

My family & I stayed here for the first time and it was very clean & easy to check-in. This unit is on a canal next to the main channel. We caught ladyfish in the evenings and saw dolphin in the cancel every other day. We also saw a few manatees. As long as you dont mind a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and only one bathroom then I'd check out this condo. Its also about 100 yards from a bay side beach and boat ramp.
