First David was an amazing host. He accommodated us checking in a few days ahead of our initial booking. Great spot, very central to everywhere we went. Very quite. Great place if you have a car or if you are using ride share. All the comforts of home as well. David was quick with his responses and accommodations. We had a great week thanks to him.

Excellent experience. Guesthouse was clean, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, bathroom & shower very good, bedroom quite small but the bed very comfortable. Only issue was w AC: it cooled fine but a bit touchy finding the exact setting & fan speed for consistent comfort. Parking no problem. Pretty close to LV strip (12-15'). Very good value, we would stay there again.
