Perfect location for your Denver area stay! 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the mountains! Recently renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo. Walking distance to Sloan's Lake, Edgewater Market and Edgewater Beer Garden. This unit is well equipped with all the amenities that will make for an easy stay. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Make this your home base while you enjoy everything that Colorado has to offer!

We really enjoyed our stay! We spent one evening cooking and playing games with Family. We had absolutely no issues at all! Such a cozy lovely condo.

Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We chose this place because we were going to a Denver Broncos game. The location was centralized. It was perfect distance from the stadium. There was plenty of restaurants. Great communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved the website for the place with check in/out, amenities and other details all in one spot. It was clean and comfortable. Also nice to have free parking!
