This Northwest contemporary home will bring comfort for the whole family! Located just minutes away from Downtown Port Orchard, shopping, restaurants, highway access, and Seattle Ferries this house is the central location for venturing in any direction! In less than 30 minutes you will have access to Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Bremerton, Silverdale, & Poulsbo. Over 2,000 sqft, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and gorgeous kitchen accommodations! Come for the location, but stay for beautiful and comfy amenities!
This new home is situated just 5 minutes from Downtown Port Orchard, 15 Minutes to Seattle Ferries, and close proximity to plenty of shopping and entertainment options.
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by an abundance of tasteful, locally themed décor to help you feel right at home in the Pacific Northwest! The main level features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen, half bath, and deck. The living room is ready to host the whole family with gorgeous furniture and a gas fireplace. The spacious and modern kitchen holds an abundance of storage and all the cooking supplies you should need! A dining room holds seating for 8, leading to a deck with additional seating, gas BBQ, and firepit.
Upstairs hold 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed, smart TV, attached full bathroom, and 2 closets. Bedroom #2 holds a King bed, Bedroom #3 has 2 XL twins (can be pushed together for a King) and smart TV, and Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. Two of the bedrooms have desk work spaces. Additional full bathroom upstairs.
Location is prime for adventuring anywhere in the Kitsap Peninsula, Seattle, Tacoma, and the Hood Canal. Stay local and explore Downtown Port Orchard to find local shops, amazing restaurants, walk the waterfront boardwalk, or rent kayaks! Venturing just 30 minutes can bring you to either Gig Harbor or Poulsbo, both with beautiful waterfront downtown areas to explore. Or take a 15 minute drive to the Southworth or Bremerton Ferry terminals to enjoy a beautiful ferry ride over to Seattle to experience the abundance of tourist activities in the city. - No pets without prior authorization.
- No Smoking.
- There is an exterior camera on the property for security.
- Unauthorized guests or pets, or smoking may result in immediate termination of reservation and forfeiture of security deposit.

Located in neighborhood of very close houses. Home very private on inside. Would prefer if owner washed towels so white was “white.” Nice welcome note from host. If you wanted yard for kids to play in, this might not be the right location. Our little girls didn’t much care though.

We stayed here for a week for a business trip and four men were comfortable in this space. The bathrooms are very nice and the kitchen is complete with all amenities to prepare real meals. This property is right near two major grocery stores and that is really important for working trips.
The kitchen has a pod style coffee pot and we wished there was a 10-12 cup machine instead.

…but without the clutter 😃. This property is comfortable and spacious. When we arrived, the house was ready for us to move in for our 5-night stay. There are not many hotel options in Port Orchard, so we use VRBO. This property was perfect for our needs.

This was a comfortable house for our extended family while we were visiting relatives in nearby Manchester. The neighborhood is just a couple of streets of newer houses, and I expected some noise due to the closeness of neighbors, but we only heard a dog barking once or twice for a short time. The house was clean and we found the beds comfortable. We took both the Kitsap Transit fast ferry and rode the Bremerton ferry as walk ons to go to Seattle, and found them convenient. Thank you, Melissa. We would recommend this home and hope to return ourselves.
