This charming 60 m² house in the commune of Trédion can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families with children. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 3,300 m². The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and fireplace (wood provided).
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Shower room with WC.

Outside:
- An enclosed garden of 3,300 m² (the bottom of the garden is not fenced, there are only coppices and brambles).
- A 16 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Trédion in Morbihan, in a very quiet area of the countryside. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. A supermarket is 7 km away.

Activities :
- Hiking: The Villeneuve circuit mainly follows forest paths, with very few tarmac roads, except in the village at the finish.
- Suscinio Castle: This medieval fortress was once the favourite residence of the Dukes of Brittany, 33 km from Trédion.
- Golfe du Morbihan: An inland sea dotted with islands and renowned for its oysters, 27 km from Trédion.
- Conleau beach 40 minutes away by car.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park inside the residence which can accommodate up to 3 cars (all types of vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes train station, approximately 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Vannes-Golfe du Morbihan airport, about 22 minutes away by car.
