Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Beautiful property. The unit was spacious and my kids loved the upstairs loft. However the loft was very hot, almost unbearable to sleep in. But that makes since its the 3rd floor unit.The back screen makes a lot of noise when moving.

Host was very good at communicating, and quick to respond. The WiFi wasn't working when we got in, but a small troubleshoot instruction is available in the binder for a quick fix.The unit had everything we needed, and more.Only the bedroom had an A/C unit, but there are lots of fans to keep the unit cool throughout the day. We left the A/C on during the day to keep the master room cool, and turned it off for the night, as the temperature was comfortable enough.For local families, there is NO rice cooker. We loved it, it was very relaxing, mellow and not overcrowded. The yard staff are very polite, and offered a few suggestions for beaches and places to eat.
