You can’t get any more central than this—welcome to VIA’s—the jewel of the Gründerzeit era!

This historic landmark, over 150 years old, combines historic architecture with contemporary design and the ecological standards of the future—generating energy without fossil fuels and using electricity from renewable sources.

All vacation apartments range in size from 28 to 58 square meters and feature fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, as well as a bathroom, bedroom, and living area with a flat-screen TV and hardwood or parquet floors.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Leave your car behind—you’re just a 5-minute walk from the historic old town.
In the evening, enjoy the view of the majestic Postplatz—right from your room. Wake up in the morning to coffee, breakfast, and the laughter of others. Take your first step out of VIA’s, and you’re already part of the total work of art.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 11:00 AM.
