This beautiful beach house is conveniently located and only 100 yards from the beach (you can see the ocean from the second story). 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Large open kitchen with breakfast bar and balcony. Minutes from the airport, golf courses, and many other popular attractions. Parking under the house for 3 vehicles, outdoor shower, and storage.
Easy keypad entrance to all doors. There is an outside shower located under house. The common pool area is located at the end of Kashton Drive. It is a saltwater pool and is now open year round! It is shared with 20 other homes in the development.
The outside of the house is under video surveillance 24/7.
Parking is under the carport of house only. The parking area accommodates 3 vehicles. Additional parking will require a parking pass. Parking passes can be obtained through the City of Myrtle Beach. The HOA monitors the community and will tow any vehicle parked illegally without warning.

We booked this for my fiancés 30th Birthday trip and had a wonderful time! The properly was clean, well taken care of, and a very short walk from the beach! The hosts were very accommodating and quick to reply. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Overall very good. Only issue was outlets/lights for exterior did not work. Other than that, clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay!! I would highly recommend to anyone!! We stayed with a large group of adults lots of room, short walk to the beach and a great pool!!
