This sleek new apartment ( built in 2000) , First floor apartment in the central location of Horta Do Galvao Lagos in the Algarve Portugal is just 10 minutes walking to the lively Marina in Lagos and 15 minutes walking to the stunning beaches of Meia Praia and Praia Da Batata and the historic old town of Lagos where you can enjoy many of the local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The property boasts and open plan lounge and dining area with seating for 6 people, with a fully fitted , modern kitchen including an oven. gas hub, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The kitchen has direct access to the large terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dining in the evening .
The property has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one master bedroom with en-suite shower . the second bedroom with access to the 2nd bathroom of the lounge .
The property is equiped with both the summer and winter months with full air conditioning cold and hot and underfloor heating in the bathrooms providing everything you could need to holiday all year round.

Raffy was an excellent host. We had a bit of a glitch upon arrival, so I sent him a message and he called me within five minutes. He had a solution and we were very relieved. The unit was as pictured. The beds/pillows/comforter were all very comfortable and smelled fresh. The building was very secure, and the road was quiet. Each room had A/C units that worked well, and the windows had roller shutter that operated well. There is no view from the balcony, but there are lovely views from the rooftop pool. It’s a quick walk to the historic town centre.

Entry was easy, place was clean, communication good and responsive and location was convenient.Would have provided a higher rating if the pool was made accessible to us...fob was missing and a replacement was not provided during our stay.

Fantastic modern apartment. Slight issue at check in but was not the hosts fault. Spotlessly clean, super modern facilities. Very large balcony with outdoor dining area.Pool area on roof nice and clean. Quiet area but only a five minute walk into town. Would highly recommend
