All on level living with attached 1 car garage and rear back patio with grill. Approx. 1120 sqft. Master Bedroom 12 x 13 with walk-in closet, other 2 bedrooms 11 x 12 with standard 5' closets. 2 bathrooms one of which is attached to master bedroom. Other bathroom has a walk-in shower with seat.

Easy access from Hwy 281. Which is the main highway coming into Grand Island from I-80. Room for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Any guests under the age of 21 must have permission from host before booking. No Parties are allowed on the premises.

The only concern I had with this property was the cleanliness. It was a great location and great price. Communication was top notch!

Outstanding property! The only thing I would change is to provide access to the thermostat. The rate would be on point if that was accomplished.

Clean rooms, plenty of towels, plenty of room, no mirrors in bedrooms for the ladies, bare minimum furniture, instructions without any extra local amenities, address access is great but unit # was not in description so very confusing to find it among multiple units - (thankfully neighbors helped us), coffee maker did not work and when communicated to manager reply was “ thanks for letting me know” not I will take care of that for you - as I expected. Overall not a bad place at all but lacking much for the price.
