A living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and air conditioning are featured at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you can even pack a bit lighter because there's a washer and dryer.

The property was beautiful and the host very responsive. The only things that prevent a 5/5 booking were: a surprising fee applied to the booking for guests in excess of 6 (we were two families of 4) on a property clearly marketed to large groups. While the host was responsive to our question about this and adjusted the booking, the fee could not be recovered from vrbo. Additionally, the sound isolation in the house is non-existent and noise carries throughout. Not a huge issue but combined with the surprising fee, meant this was not a 5/5 for us.I reiterate though, the property is in excellent shape and the host very responsive. Overally a very positive stay.
