Spanning 200 square meters, the villa is designed for “creative living.” The first floor features a spacious social hub with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, and a double bedroom with easy access to the garden. Ascend to the first floor to find four additional double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
