RESIDENCE LA SORGIVA was created from an old building—once a farm—that has been renovated over the years into an elegant two-story home, surrounded by a flower-filled garden and nestled among meadows and woods.
The view from here stretches from the BIELLA ALPS to the VALLEYS BELOW. All of this is just a few minutes’ drive from town.
The entrance to your rooms opens onto a spacious, sunny terrace, at the center of which flows the SPRING WATER that gives the residence its name. Crystal-clear and refreshing: drinking it, using it to cool off, or even just listening to it gurgle is a privilege that allows you to immerse yourself in the calm and rejuvenating pleasure of nature.
On beautiful summer evenings, you can savor it while listening to the crickets sing and admiring the fireflies: an enchanting atmosphere.

THE LA SORGIVA RESIDENCE is located just a few minutes’ drive from BIELLA, on a private downhill road lined with a lush ivy hedge, in the flower-filled town of Pollone.
A quiet and secluded spot, yet part of a town that offers restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy.
An opportunity to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature, to relax, and to enjoy the local attractions that the Biella area abounds in: natural wonders, sports activities, and cultural events.
If you’d like to visit other nearby tourist areas, from the residence in Biella, a 30-minute drive will take you to the highway interchange for destinations such as Milan, Turin, the Lakes, the Langhe, Monferrato, and the Aosta Valley.
We offer our guests an elegant, 55-square-meter self-contained apartment, laid out as follows: entryway, living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
Outside, there’s a spacious outdoor area equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing or reading; a table for lunch or dinner accompanied by the gentle sound of flowing water; and flowers and plants where you can relax while enjoying your preferred view: the mountains or the valley.
