Great location. Amazing views. Exactly as advertised. JP’s communications were spot on.

Apartment is great. View is amazing. Great to have a parking pass. Nice to have a haven from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan as well. The bus into NYC convenient and drops you off at the transit station which is a good hub for lots of connections. Ferry is hard to get to without a car though, but parking at the terminal is only 20 per day. Our first day we parked at the ferry, spent the day in the city had a great sunset ride back and the apartment was ready. Remember to save a little energy from your day’s fun to get up the five flights of stairs (really not that hard). Good choice for us (family of 4).

My husband and I have stayed at this location twice now and both times were excellent. Will continue to stay here as long as it is available. Cant beat the views or accommodating host!! Thank you from your west coast friends!!
