The house is my primary residence and I rent out the house to guests when I travel. Guests have access to all three levels of living space above the ground level, plus laundry room downstairs on the ground level. Other rooms on the ground level (furnace, gym and storage) are not for guests, including the garages (one garage possible for guest use if needed). Brand new wrap-around patio has terra cotta garden and offers sweeping view of Sutro Tower, Golden Gate Park, the Pacific Ocean and the Golden Gate Bridge. Two folding beds are stored in master bedroom closet and can be set up to accommodate additional guests. Laundry room in the basement, next to two garage (side by side).

The house is ideal to accommodate 6 co-workers/friends, or a large extended family with couples in the group.

Recently completed all new landscaping, backyard deck and top floor patio, both perfect for outdoor hangouts. Two side by side garages available for guest use, one of which has a brand new Tesla charger.
