Whether you`re watching a breathtaking sunset from our rooftop patio with stunning views of Thunder Mountain or heading out for an adventure with a 7-minute walk to the Sugarloaf Trailhead, this home is great!
Comfortably sleeping 12, the house features 4 spacious bedrooms with 1 King and 4 Queen beds, plus 4 fold-out single beds. Whether you`re here for a family vacation, a group retreat, or a fun getaway, this home is perfect for all types of travelers.

We are not physically located at the property but are available remotely or locally as needed.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood where it is common to see javelinas and deer in the yard. There are numerous biking and hiking trails within walking distance. The views of the SCENERY in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Coffee Pot for breakfast, Fresh & Natural Thai for Asian fast food, Fiesta Mexica and Tortas De Fuego Mexican eatery and Oak Creek brewery for a wide selection of beer. There are several shops and eating places within walking distance. Three energy vortexes (Airport Mesa, Boynton and Red Rock State Park) within 10 minutes driving distance.
Free, onsite parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
This home is located in a residential area, please respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
We have a hot tub located on the back patio that can be secured with a latch but it does not lock.
We have three exterior cameras located on the property. One is located at the front entrance and faces the driveway. The second faces towards the entryway and the third is located on the rooftop deck facing towards the roof.

This was the perfect place for our family of seven to stay in West Sedona. The space was clean, spacious, and in a great location, with casual dining, gas stations, and a grocery store nearby. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. We were able to park two cars at the location. Major hikes, shopping areas, and other highlights in Sedona were just a short drive away. Several trailheads are also only a five-minute walk from the property. Clara was responsive and easy to work with. Our family would gladly stay here again!

This was such a wonderful stay! We had a group of 11 including 5 children and a dog. Everything was an easy drive or walk. The family loved that we were only a 5 minute walk to amazing trails. The views from the house were spectacular. The house was well equipped and perfect for our group. I don't think there was anything that we felt was missing. The house was as described, beautifully decorated, clean and well kept and equipped. Quiet neighborhood but sooo close to everything that we needed or could have wanted. Our host was easy to reach if we had any questions and information about the area and the house were available in the printed material available at the house. We will definitely try to book the house again for our next visit in the future.
