Located on 10th and 38th - the most beautiful street in Playa, I’ve nicknamed the “jungle street”. There are so many wonderful restaurants and beach clubs to choose from, all within walking distance.

The Siempre Ipana complex has resort amenities. 5 roof top pools, 3 are heated. (Heated roof pools are rare in Playa, they get cold in winter) 2 restaurant/cocktail bars, one specifically for sports, plenty of loungers for everyone, umbrella service, kids club a massage spa, one of the best gyms I’ve seen in a condo building, friendly front desk security staff and 1 free underground undesignated parking spot.

For your arrival, our local property manager will contact you directly for check in. You have a local contact available to support your stay.
