Beautiful Ocean views from our 3 Bedroom Cottage and only 40 steps to Glendon Beach. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from your sunny patio or porch and listen to the ocean waves. Cottage has comfortable beds, renovated kitchen, many recent upgrades, Central Air and Heat, well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, beach chairs, Beach Umbrella, and everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach. Conveniently located. Walking distance to a number of other easy access beaches, convenient store, restaurants, pubs, mini golf, ice cream, gift shop, live music and fishing spots. The cottage is available year-round. We recently added a NEW Heating and Cooling system. many new upgrades and renovations throughout. NEW Patio Paver in 2023. Great spot to getaway. Also ideal for those who work from home that may need a change of scenery.

Great location, only footsteps from the beach. The house had every thing we needed to feel at home! The cottage was updated and well maintained. John was super responsive. Would highly recommend !

You pay for location that's it. We payed for linens when we arrived there was no sheets, towels called owner told to unlock chest, it was filled with wadded up linen, some was dirty. The towels were a joke. Upon unpacking we noticed mirror in bathroom dirty and shower had hair on the walls and floor. Glass ware dirty as well as utensils. Next day we called owner about the ants, all he said is he had them treated before the season, there is raid under the sink. Also refrigerator door would not stay closed had to prop something against it. When owner was notified all he said was his handman took care of that. It was a very disappointing experience. The location is great but that is it. We have rented other places and have never experienced anything like this.
