Truly excellent property. The home is beautiful and comfortable. It is less than a five-minute walk to the beach and Carlsbad Village is about ten. Highly recommended property, and communication with the owner was great. Don’t hesitate; just book it.

My girls and I loved this beach house. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach was close. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

The furnace kicking in was very loud in the master suite - 2 TVs ( none in master suite) which did not have cable hook up for live TV - the listing should be updated to ensure potential renters are aware there is no cable TV - and no TV in master bedroom. The very loud furnace air vent in master is not for a light sleeper .
