A proposito di questa cottage struttura in affitto
2022 renovation (floors, bathroom, cabinets) The cottage is only 150 yards from a sandy residential beach. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Enjoy a great outdoor shower, grill and deck, wifi, central AC/heat, cable TV, linens, washer/dryer. Additional Beach gear. No host interaction required. Great place to work remotely. Private yard and picnic table with lots of takeout options nearby.
On a residential street, our cottage has a short safe walk to the beach. The layout has a great central space for family and friends to relax together. In the summer you will see families of Osprey riding sea breezes almost every day and see gulls on the beach. Beach grass has created a mini-wetland near the beach full of ducks and egrets. On windy days you can see the sails of Kite surfers launching from Kalmus beach across the bay.

Daniel is always an excellent host. He provides all the great amenities like extra fans and comfy blankets. Check in is super easy and the house was clean. It was very easy for Our pets and Us to relax and enjoy our stay! The short walk to the beach is great for all to get a good stroll in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed our stay very much and are already looking forward to next year's visit.

Cute clean cottage by the bay. Dog friendly home and nice neighborhood for leash walks. Very easy walk to the beach where the humans could watch boats and relax. Walking distance to Tugboats--a fantastic seaside restaurant.

This spot is the perfect spot for a beach trip. The cottage is cozy and perfect for game night. The outdoor shower is a dream after a hot day at the beach. Grill works great and was perfect to cook the fish we caught on a charter out of Hyannis. There’s a small beach within walking distance- no need to load up the car unless you want to go to one of the bigger beaches. We loved collecting shells and swimming there. Water shoes were a must since there are so many sharp shells. Wonderful memories are sure to be made at this place. It’s perfect for couples, a small group of friends, or a small family.

Location of the property was great. Super walkable. Also hands down the best property owners I have come across in my short term rental history. 11/10!
