Upon entering, a long hallway leads guests to the main staircase. Along this hallway is the master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as another bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom, also featuring a bathtub.

Moving upstairs, you’ll find the living/dining room. Here, the dark wood flooring contrasts beautifully with the white walls and trim. Colorful throw pillows, lamps, rugs, wicker accents, and artwork are sure to add a homey touch to the space. Also on this floor is the remaining double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, as well as the modern kitchen. Featuring elegant white cabinets and a metal backsplash, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Here, guests will find an electric stove and oven, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.

From the main living room, French doors provide direct access to the apartment’s first terrace, where a charming pergola shades the outdoor dining table. Flower-lined railings lead guests to the second terrace. The upper-level terrace provides access to a third terrace, furnished with charming lounge chairs.

Overlooking the entire city of Rome, the apartment offers not only breathtaking views but also comfortable and well-maintained spaces that are sure to satisfy all guests.

GUEST ACCESS:
The apartment is entirely at your disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and a starter bathroom kit before your arrival.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
To ensure a pleasant stay for you and all our guests, please note the following:

- Check-ins after 9:00 PM are subject to a surcharge of €30 until midnight and €50 until 1:00 AM, payable at check-in.
- Please respect the property and the people living in the building.
- Additional cleaning and linens are available for a fee and upon request.

Guests will be required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration with Italian security authorities.

For long-term rentals (more than 30 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement, which will be sent via email prior to arrival.
