This one-of-a kind river front home is the perfect get away!
When you wake up to panoramic views of the water, make yourself a made to order latte on one of two Breville Touch Barista machines and enjoy it on the front deck while watching the sun rise over the horizon.
Your kids will play for HOURS in the indoor playground + toy room and sleep all night in their cozy playhouse bedroom. There's a hot tub, a pool table, board games, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. SLEEPS 19.
This gorgeous home is directly on the Susquehanna River next to Long Level Marina.
We are child friendly: not pictured in photos, but has been added, a safety fence all around the property, with child safe locks.
It is one of the only vacation homes in the area that sits directly on the water and the views are STUNNING.
The outdoor spaces will truly sell themselves year round- nothing can beat watching a summer storm roll in or the majestic winter river views which may include a rare ice covered river.
During the summer we have a private dock so you can bring your boat or rent a pontoon from the marina next door for a family vacation you will always remember.
With a grand total of 6 bedrooms (9 beds, and one sleeper sofa) this home very comfortably accommodates 19 guests. The in law quarters of the home have been redone and are included with this listing so you have full run of the property and ultimate privacy. It's perfect for groups traveling together who still prefer to have individual spaces. In addition to 6 beautiful bedrooms, there are two fully stocked kitchens and dining rooms- continue reading for a more detailed breakdown.
The really great thing about this home is that the indoor spaces are just as beautiful as the exterior. It was built with lots of windows which means plenty of natural light and extensive views of the water.
On the main floor you will find the fully stocked kitchen (and since we know coffee is important, we've added a Breville Espresso machine and a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo so no matter how you take your coffee we have you covered). There's also a dining table (seats 10) with views of the water, a living room with a Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows with views of the water on two sides. Through the sliding doors is the wrap around porch with a Blackstone grill so you can cook up breakfast while drinking your morning coffee along the water.
Off of the kitchen is the kids room. Your children will play for hours on the indoor jungle gym, slide, and with the kitchen and toys below. There's a playhouse bedroom with two full beds on the bottom and a full and single bed on the top. We've added a pull out sofa so there's sure to be plenty of space for your littles to spread out when it's time for bed. You'll also find a Smart TV and board games here. Oh, and of course, a wall of windows for views of the water. There's a boys full bath and a girls full bath.
Additionally on the first floor there is a beautiful queen size bedroom and a full bath with a tile shower.
On the same level (accessible by outdoor entrance) in the in-law quarters you will find the additional kitchen, dining area, beautiful living room, two king bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Please note: this area can be accessed by an outside entrance.
Back in the main living area if you go up a flight of stairs you will find the expansive master suite. There's a king bed, sitting area, walk in closet with a makeup mirror and en suite bathroom. The master bath features a tile walk in shower, soaking tub with water views, and double bowl vanity.
On the ground floor there's a game room with a pool table, half bath, 2 car garage and a King Suite with beautiful water views and en suite bathroom (tile shower).
The outdoor spaces includes a propane firepit and hot tub.

Four generations stayed at this location as a gift to the great grandparents. It was ideal for that purpose. The playroom off the main house with a door attached was ideal for closing out the noise when things became too chaotic. There was SO MUCH to do. Once it became warm enough for us to, we got outside and then really fell in love with the house. We own a business and immediately began thinking about bouncing back for a management retreat. The only cons are small enough to not be deal breakers. Ie The traffic noise is pretty noticeable in the bedrooms but they’ve provided sound machines that do the trick. I wish there were more reviews because I would have felt more relaxed in the lead up to the weekend if so.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend New Year’s Eve. The home was beautiful, with great views and a stunning Christmas tree that made the holiday atmosphere extra special.The hosts were wonderful, very attentive, flexible, and truly a pleasure to communicate with. Everything was perfect from start to finish.Thank you again for such a memorable stay. This was honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we would absolutely love to return.

While weather and time of year meant we could not make use of the full resources of this venue, it was wonderful for kids of all ages and families for playing games, eating together and engaging.

We stayed here with our wedding party for the weekend. The indoor space is exactly as described. We fit 16 adults without issue and could park 10 cars pretty easily. The property itself is very beautiful and has a wonderful view of the river! Unfortunately the deck furniture was covered in spiderwebs so we could not use it, and the outdoor space overall looked like it had not been cleaned. The AC in the in law suite also broke during our stay. Our main issue throughout the weekend was there were multiple wasps inside the house. The host did send someone out to try and take care of it, but it remained an issue. We also had an issue with mice in the ceiling of the downstairs room and a very large amount of bugs at night resulting in us not being able to be outside after dark. Issues with mice and bugs are to be expected along the river which we understand, it just certainly made the weekend more stressful than we had hoped.
