Welcome to Adventure Splash, where days are filled with adventure and evenings are made for slowing down together. Perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this spacious 5-bedroom mountain retreat offers the best of both worlds—easy access to attractions and the cozy feeling of escaping to the Smokies.

From the moment you arrive, the pace begins to shift. Gather around the kitchen island with coffee in hand while planning the day ahead, share meals around the table, and settle into the living room as the fireplace glows and everyone reconnects after a day of exploring. With room for up to 12 guests, Adventure Splash was designed for families and groups to spread out while still making memories together.

The main level creates an easy rhythm for vacation living, with open gathering spaces and a peaceful king suite featuring a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in shower and relaxing jacuzzi tub—perfect for ending the day in comfort. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms offer plenty of space for everyone to recharge before another day of mountain adventures.

Downstairs is where the fun really begins. Challenge each other to arcade games, air hockey, or a round of pool before settling in for movie night in the private theater area. Then trade movie time for swim time in your private indoor pool, where the fun continues no matter the season or weather. When the day winds down, step outside to the hot tub and soak beneath the mountain sky while planning tomorrow’s adventures.

Whether you're exploring nearby trails, enjoying all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, or simply staying in and making memories together, Adventure Splash is the kind of place that turns a vacation into time you’ll talk about long after you return home.
