BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All bedrooms are equipped with Samsung Smart TV's, 4 pillows and ample clothing storage with closets and dressers in each bedroom. One Queen bedroom on the main level, with a step free entrance.
Each bathroom comes with all the comforts needed:

-Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash
-Towels: Bath, Makeup, Hand & Washcloths
OUTDOOR SPACE
Dine outside with our 4 person table. Please note our yard is not fenced in.

We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 fee.
By booking with us you acknowledge the hosts shall not be liable to guests, invitees, or any other person for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the property. The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beach is only a short drive away. The host is super nice and communication was great!

Clean, new, spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, all with showers!. Private parking with garage & driveway.
Host is organized and communicates very well.
Since it was a new home, it was lacking bedroom lamps and could have used more decor. But really good overall.
We hope to be back again!

One of the most important things about a booking is communication. This properly is a new build so there were things that neededneeded to be addressed and their response was quick and efficient. The home is beautiful and I loved the fact that was close to EVERYTHING, even the Festival!!!! I would definitely recommend. Parking was the only issue supplied/addressed. T
