Trying to accommodate a large family? This 7 bedroom and 3 bathroom beach house is large enough for 16 people. The seven bedrooms are:1 Queen, 1 Double/1 Twin, 2 Twins, Twin Bunk Set, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Double/1 Twin. Extended families are accommodated when the Barnett House TOP unit is rented in conjunction with Barnett House BOTTOM unit.
The Barnett House Top has everything a large family needs to enjoy their beach getaway but the layout with a great room is also delightful for smaller parties too! Life doesn't get any better when your sitting out on the large ocean front porch or when you are able to just walk down the stairs straight to the beach. There is a large fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining table large enough for the entire family. 3 TV's with cable or Roku, DVD, washer/dryer and central heat and air and free Wi-Fi. With a $200 "Pet Fee" you can even bring along your Fur-Baby! New refrigerator, refreshed interior Décor and Park-Style Grills added in 2022. Mattresses refreshed for spring of 2023! New for 2024: New Kitchen Floor, several new kitchen appliances and refreshed interior paint

we rented top and bottom with large group and the size alone of kitchen table was what made this place a fit for us plus the nostalgia of house.

Have had the pleasure of using this unit several times,it's really comfortable and well maintained the kitchen is very well equipped the patio and backyard yard area is awesome for whatever family activities you have planned the neighborhood is very quiet and not far from shopping or dining....this place is highly recommended. See you next year,,,,prayerfully..

We rented this house twice during the month of April. Group staying during the eeek before our ladt visit left brokem blinds in living room, picture knocked off wall in a bedroom, lotion smeared on back of sofa, and broken glass around sand washing area in back yard. During this stay multiple ants were in the kitchen and smallest bedroom with bunk beds. A difty sock was left under small table in living room. Suggest a good deep cleaning and better review by housekeeping and/or maintenance before next guests arrive.
