Made weekend trip to ND with 2 other couples and could not be more delighted with the property and accommodations. Bedrooms were comfortable, accessible and well stocked with everything we needed. House is conveniently located to campus, restaurants and grocery store. Host was attentive and responsive to our needs the whole weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Matt was a terrific host. We couldn’t have been happier with the property - the location, cleanliness, and the amount of space. Having a driveway to park our car was an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is decorated in a style that we enjoyed - especially the monkey lamp in the dining room.
