There are places that welcome us. And then, there are places that captivate us.

Discover Casa Branca by Homie!

In the heart of Funchal's tourist area, Casa Branca is the perfect refuge for those seeking a relaxed holiday, with all the comfort and convenience desired. This elegant and welcoming 2-bedroom apartment combines functionality with a light and inviting atmosphere, ideal for moments of rest with friends or family.

Upon entering, we are welcomed by a luminous space, where the living room opens onto a spacious veranda with a stunning view over the city and the Atlantic, offering the perfect setting to appreciate the breathtaking view over Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean, toast at the end of the day or simply lose yourself in the beauty of the horizon.

The building's swimming pool, shared with the other units, is another charming meeting point, ideal for relaxing and enjoying Madeira's sunny days.

The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped, allowing you to prepare quick meals or enjoy relaxed moments together.

The apartment also has parking in the condominium car park, ensuring practicality and access to all useful information to explore the island.

The location is an invitation to discovery: just a few steps away, you will find the seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Fórum Madeira shopping centre, with its international brands and cinema rooms.

For gastronomy enthusiasts, there is a diversity of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, whilst the city centre, just five minutes' drive away, offers even more options to explore.

More than just accommodation, Casa Branca by Homie is a space to feel Funchal, celebrate good moments and experience Madeira in a peaceful and memorable way.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.

Since 2017, we have welcomed travellers from all over the world to our beloved island of Madeira, with a commitment to providing memorable experiences and excellent service. We started as Madeira Sun Travel, a name that reflected the sun, comfort and welcoming spirit that has always guided us.

Over time, we realised that we wanted to go further: more closeness, more authenticity, more connection.

That's how Homie was born. More than a new name — a new way of being.

Hey Homie, we believe that travelling is more than discovering new places — it's feeling at home, even far from it. That's why we don't just hand over keys: we offer warm welcomes, recommendations that turn into unforgettable discoveries and accommodation cared for with the same affection we'd give our own home.

Each stay is thought through in detail to be special and welcoming. Each house has its own story. And each guest is received as an old friend.

Our team, composed of specialists in hospitality, communication, finances, maintenance and design, is committed to caring for every stage of the experience — from pre-booking to check-out. We work every day to create stays that leave you longing to return.

We are recognised for our personalised attention, for the trust of the owners who choose us to manage their spaces and for the positive reviews from our guests, which reflect the quality of the service we provide.

Beyond comfort and hospitality, we also provide, upon request, additional services such as car hire, activity bookings, personalised experiences and much more — all so that you can make the most of Madeira.

Whether you are a traveller looking for a special spot or a property owner looking for someone to care for your home with dedication, you are in the right place.
