Perfect for our riding trip to the Hatfield and McCoy trails. Communication with our host was wonderful. The parking with our large trailer was great.

Very clean and tidy inside. Parking with a trailer is a little difficult due to having to back down angled parking lot

Owner very nice! Kitchen pans needed replacement anf he did that immediately. Supplied firewood which is a big plus for me. Sofa replaced since last time and very comfortable. Clean!! Dont have pets but seemed pet friendly. Would stay there again.
