Never feel hot in summer in this beautiful and large ocean front studio.(over 1000 square feet) natural ocean breeze crossing through every window, and you can watch sun rise every mornings. Private dock equipped with boats and kayaks so you can go boating, lobstering, clamming, or just laying down under the sun and watch seagulls and duck swimming by. This property is nicely furnished with a full kitchen, everything you need is provided to make sure you enjoy your wonderful stay.

Our two night stay was great! The place was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable. The sunsets and sunrises over the water were amazing, and we enjoyed the uniqueness of being in a converted boat house.

Great overall. Location made pet walks difficult (busy road with little safety) place was quiet and peaceful. Few issues came up and were handled quickly and well.

Lovely boathouse with dock very quiet and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable.

It was a wonderful stay. The only issue was that we didn't have cable as was described in the amenities. Other than that ... wonderful. We didn't use the kayaks as it was a bit difficult to board them from the dock. A ramp of some sort would have been helpful.Wonderful stay nonetheless.
