TOP of the HOUSE: structure with RESERVED PARKING. The parking, together with the private paved garden where you can have breakfast in the morning kissed by the warm sun and dine in the evening in the fresh air, you will see that they will be decisive for a fun and relaxing holiday without stress and problems….
FEATURES: spacious apartment located on the ground floor (energy class G) which can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people (one double and three singles), is new, well-kept and above all very clean. It is a perfect home for children too and if you have 4 (... what courage you have had ...) don't worry, let's put a bed for him without extras ...
EQUIPMENT: all services such as TV - DVD - PARABLE - ADSL INTERNET WI-FI - CLIMATE - private paved garden with table and umbrella and I repeat, PRIVATE PARKING at ZERO METERS. It has everything you need in use: you only have to bring consumable products with you. We also provide a practical tourist guide made by us that is highly appreciated, useful for your holiday.
POSITION: located in a strategic and quiet place out of the chaos, you are close to all the most beautiful places to visit or the must-see beaches of Lerici - Venere Azzurra, FIASCHERINO and BAIA BLU the most beautiful in the area (10 minutes) but also Punta Corvo and Punta Bianca boarding at 5 minutes, from Sarzana very beautiful not to be missed, is only 5 km away (FS station for visiting 5 Terre, boarding instead in Lerici, Spezia or Marina di Carrara). 25 minutes and you are in Forte dei Marmi for a walk or in Pietrasanta, a beautiful city, or you still prefer Portovenere to the church, always 25 minutes ... you decide .... I also remember the closest beach Marinella di Sarzana (and Marina di Carrara) in 6 minutes (with free parking).
