The apartment with incredible sea views and terrace is an old apartment that has not been renovated, but its incredible location, proximity to the beach, and terraces with sea views compensate and are worth it.
This apartment is located in Port d'Alcúdia, which is one of the most complete and vibrant destinations in Mallorca, perfect for enjoying the sea, sun, and Mediterranean atmosphere. Its extensive white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, ideal for families, combines with a lively seafront promenade full of restaurants, shops, and activities. Additionally, its proximity to the historic centre of Alcúdia allows you to discover cultural charm, local markets, and historical corners. A perfect place to both relax and experience a holiday full of experiences.
It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, condiments...), a spacious and very bright living room, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower) and 3 comfortable bedrooms:
-1: Bedroom with double bed.
-2: Bedroom with double bed.
-3: Bedroom with two single beds.
IMPORTANT. For bookings from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay 30% of the total of their booking in advance through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the remainder will be paid on the day of their arrival or 10 days before.
Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 14:00 and check-out at 10:00.
-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for environmental preservation. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.
-GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD WHO WISH TO RESERVE MUST DO SO UPON REQUEST.
-PROHIBITED TO HOLD PARTIES AND EVENTS.
-TOURIST IMPORT NOT INCLUDED.

This apartment was in a wonderful location with a spectacular ocean view and large terrace which is why we give it 3 stars but the house is in a very bad condition. There is mould from the leaking roof, tiles missing in shower, power points hanging from their sockets, dirty walls with squashed mosquitos .... and the front door is warped which makes it very difficult to open, no mattress protectors on beds or pillows... we travel a lot and we are flexible tenants but it really doesn't take a lot to make a rental acceptable. It is on the cheaper side of the rental market in Mallorca but I would not stay again.
