Communication with the host was quick and the check in/out process was efficient. The biggest problem we had was the lack of cleaning of the property. I communicated with the host immediately when I found a dead roach on the sheets of the master bed as well as a long dark hair on the pillow. After a long day of travel, we were looking forward to relaxing in the beautiful, clean cabin we assumed wepaid for. Instead, I had to spend hours stripping the bed, washing, drying, and remaking the bed in order to feel confident we were able to sleep in a CLEAN BED. The next major problem was when I picked up the plug to the bathroom tub! It was COVERED IN MOLD! The host told me it was build up from the well, but that was simply not true and evident of the MOLD! Although the host offered to have the cleaning crew return, I declined because I had already begun cleaning the proper way to ensure a healthy and confidently clean stay for my family. Considering I had already paid for a cleaning service that was not done, why would I allow even more time out of our vacation to have strangers enter our rental to once again do a job that should have already been done! I requested a refund of the cleaning fee we paid in compensation for the cleaning I had to do as well as the cleaning products I had to purchase. But was denied reimbursement. For that reason, I feel the need to inform future renters of the lack of cleanliness. I was told the cleaning was lacking due to ICE. See attached.

Excellent location, close to all the action but tucked away in the beautiful mountains. My grandkids loved the hot tub. We had a blast and the host was amazing any questions we had she was always available to help us. We would totally recommend.

Second time here, cabin clean, has everything you need, the views from the living room & deck are great. You’re on a mountaintop , it’s an easy drive, not too far out , it’s a very quite & peaceful area. They say ,third time a charm, will be back to see
