This is one elegant home – each area carefully designed for maximum ease of use. Spacious in all the right areas, this energy efficient home has DirecTV/Smart TV's with Hi Speed internet. The kitchen, dining, master and grand room provide open views to the outdoor pool area. Pool is heatable with heat pump (electirc charges apply). If you must do some work, there is even a desk area off the entrance. RV and double garages are insulated and open for your use. Also home gym equiptment is available to use at your own risk. Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix, 2½ hours south of Las Vegas and four to five east of the Los Angeles region. The TV outside and the pool were a big hit!! This was a very nice home. It had everything we needed, well stocked and great location. We can't wait to go back, we're already booked for next year!
