Ruth's cottage offers very comfortable accommodation for a visit to this remote part of South Australia. Features 4 spacious bedrooms, main with en-suite, 2 other toilets and shower, large modern kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room with a very warm combustion heater (wood supplied), large rear veranda with gas BBQ, Webber Kettle BBQ and open fire pit for those cosy evening fires. Whale watching tours and take away foods available within close proximity.
On a still night you can hear the nearby whale calls from your bedroom and gaze at the stars through your window. You can relax, unwind and recharge.
Please note linen is not supplied, please bring your own
- Bed sheets, quilt, blankets, pillows cases and towels
- Pillows supplied unless you'd like to bring your favourite!
Tea towels and bath mats supplied.

Terrific venue, comfortable clean and well set up. The only thing we couldn't do was use the Weber as there no heat beads available. Not a big deal - the main BBQ is awesome anyway.Very keen to return.

Such a beautiful place comfy. Has everthing you need bbq cutlery dishes utensils. Fire pit , combustion heater, two bathrooms 3 toilets. Lovley out side area. Plenty of sleeping space. 2nd time ive stayed there and would definitely stay there again . Always clean

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the boat ride out to the whales. Enjoyed the walks along the beach. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you for the privilege of staying in such a beautiful home.
